Description
The Klipsch DNA, the hybrid Tractrix horn. The patented Tractrix® geometry provides the most efficient transmission of high frequency waves into the listening area. The phase plug and compressed, moulded silicone surface provide a smooth frequency response. This combination produces the cleanest, most natural sound available. The second generation Reference Premiere enlarges the horn for a wider soundstage and improved directivity.
The patented speaker technologies are ideal for delivering the most immersive listening experience, 360° Dolby Atmos® listening. Controlled directivity and high power provide focused and precise directionality of high-frequency energy. The RP-8060FA II full-range tower speaker features built-in, powerful 6.5" 2-way Dolby Atmos height speakers integrated into the top panel for an immersive, all-encompassing experience. This perfectly tuned set-up is virtually invisible. The integrated speaker terminals are located at the bottom of the cabinet for convenient and unobtrusive connection. Two input terminals for bi-wiring/biamping capability. Bi-wiring separates high and low frequency current in separate speaker cables, reducing intermodulation distortion for a clearer midrange. Bi-amping allows customisation with external crossovers when using separate amplifiers.
Equipped with audiophile-grade terminal and easy-access aluminium binding posts for each type of connection. Finishes include ebony and walnut vinyl with satin baffles and scratch-resistant finish.
