Important
- The year of production is decisive for Connect and Connect:Amp products. Products manufactured from 2015 onwards are part of Gen.2 and are compatible with the S2 app.
- Products manufactured before 2015 belong to Gen.1 and are not compatible with the S2 app.
- The production date can be checked on the serial number label on the product. The four numbers in front of the serial number are the year and month in which the product was manufactured.
Example: 1408 means that the product was manufactured in August 2014 - 14 for the year - 08 for the month.
