Description
The Platinum EAS is a semi-automatic record player that combines classic vinyl playback with modern technology. Equipped with a belt drive and a cast aluminium platter, it guarantees particularly precise and vibration-free sound reproduction. Thanks to the integrated phono preamplifier, the Platinum EAS reduces cable requirements and enables direct connection to active speakers. Alternatively, an external amplifier can be used with a switch. Modern Bluetooth connectivity with Qualcomm aptX HD allows wireless transmission to compatible speakers, while a USB port enables the digitisation of records on a PC or Mac.
The turntable scores with a convenient automatic switch-off function that raises the tonearm after the last track and stops the turntable to protect the vinyl. For audiophile users, the headshell's bayonet connection allows the cartridge to be changed flexibly. Other technical highlights include the optically controlled DC motor, a height-adjustable tonearm with low-friction precision bearings and gold-plated RCA connections that ensure loss-free signal transmission.
With its combination of elegant design, state-of-the-art technology and practical functions, the Platinum EAS is aimed at both vinyl beginners and experienced audiophiles.
